What is Automatic Renewal?
With automatic renewal activated, PlatiniumHost automatically generates and charges your service invoice before it expires. This way, you'll never experience interruptions due to forgotten payments.
How to Activate Automatic Renewal
- Log in to the Client Area
- Go to My Services
- Click on the service you want to configure
- Find the option "Automatic Renewal"
- Activate it with the switch
- Save the changes
✅ Activated. You will receive an email notice before each renewal so you can cancel it if you no longer wish to use the service.
Requirement: Saved Payment Method
For automatic renewal to work with a card or PayPal, you must have a payment method saved in your account. Go to Billing → Payment Methods to add it.
💡 Tip: Activate automatic renewal for all your critical services — especially domains and hosting — to never lose your website or emails due to a forgotten payment.
How to Cancel Automatic Renewal
If at any time you wish to cancel a service, first deactivate automatic renewal by following the same steps and switching it to OFF. Then you can formally request cancellation if desired.
